Jasno – Institute for Business Anthropology

was established in Slovenia in 2008 by Jasna Vukovič, MA (see more) with the intention of conducting research with carefully selected mix of methods for each project, being the voice of business anthropology and supporting clients at understanding of- and also at communication with their users and consumers.

Our mission through the years has been even more empowered with diving in and mastering the digital world. We are constantly evolving in enabling understanding and knowing users and consumers, and with using new, advanced research methods and
providing insights. The last enables us to also serve clients with creating content and communication strategies.

We will continue with:

  • conducting research that was recognized as exposing “the raw truth about human nature” (dive in)
  • empowering users, clients achieving “90% customer support satisfaction” (find out how)
  • creating new users’ perceptions (check it out)
  • setting new trends in industries (read more)
  • enabling growth in sales (increase of sales growth index in 4 months from 80 to 150) (see more)
  • informing and supporting development of new products and services (be curious)
  • creating new content and setting new communication trends in the industryAnother interesting finding was that consumers are convinced that canned food is full of preservatives….(Natureta does not use them in its dishes)…this fact is now specifically emphasized on product packaging.” (already in 2011 which since then became a trend in FMCG industry in Slovenia) (read more)
