This award recognizes MVNOs delivering an eSIM strategy that provide seamless connectivity and expand market reach.

With conducting end to end ethnographic field research and in-depth interviews we have enabled client getting a deep insight and understanding of users, culture, their use of technology, needs, pain points.

Adding also conducting UX research enabled creating an app, within the context of telecommunications industry regulations and constraints, that lead to achievement of 90% of satisfaction of customers and top NPS score among telecom providers in Slovenia.

Implementation of research results enabled both, the development of app and eSIM that simplified user experience. That enabled users fast and reliable acquisition with easy to use instructions that give subscribers the power to manage their SIM card, monitor their consumption and download invoices. The result was over 70% of acquisitions being completed by eSIM within the re:do app.

With conducting ethnographic field research, in-depth interviews, UX research we have supported client
Arctur and others at development of innovative co-creation and technologies from Industry 4.0
for changing the perception of tourism and business sector around it.

Tourism 4.0


Tourism 4.0. is the biggest R&D public founded project in the field of tourism in Slovenia, the aim is the
digitalisation of tourism in Slovenia. The main goal of the project was building a collaborative Tourism 4.0 platform,
built on trust and exchange of data between all tourism stakeholders of the smart tourism ecosystem.

The goal was to co-create enriched experiences with the help of the key enabling technologies from Industry 4.0. for sprouting a new generation of tourist applications, services and processes while respecting the users’ data privacy, built with HPC infrastructure supported by AI, blockchain and HPDA.

The best innovation in the field of artificial intelligence and data analytics for the tool called
TIM – Tourism Impact Model (Sevilla, Spain, 2020).

The new trend in the food industry (FMCG) was introduced

Based on in-depth research I have conducted for a client Eta (with Natureta brand among others) in 2009 – the trend »without« (preservatives, artificial additives) was introduced. That was also the basis for brand communication,
the trend has since been followed by many other companies in the industry.

Research results have also introduced a new way of communicating with the public, new packaging,
new products and categories to the market,
enriched existing ones, acquired new target groups.

The implementation of research results lead client to
growth in sales (increase of sales growth index in 4 months from 80 to 150).
